* Package name: rnote
  Version: 0.2.5
  Upstream Author: Felix Zwettler
* URL: https://github.com/flxzt/rnote
* License: GPL-3.0 License
  Programming Lang: Rust
  Description: A simple note taking application

A simple note taking application written in Rust and GTK4.

Rnote aims to be a simple but functional note taking application for freehand
drawing or annotating pictures or documents. It eventually should be able to
import/export various media file formats. One main consideration is that it
is vector based, which should make it very flexible in editing and altering
the contents.

Hi,

According to Debian Policy 4.9:
"For packages in the main archive, required targets must not attempt
network access, except, via the loopback interface, to services on the
build host that have been started by the build."

Which would make the package unacceptable by the FTP team. Because it
would depend on downloading extra dependencies from Cargo and that
would be necessary for software compilation.
