deadlines are fast approaching - dbus-broker has cleared NEW, so I'd
like to sort out the details regarding repository and team
maintainership and make it available in unstable/testing. As a recap,
I'm totally on board with having it as part of the same team area as
dbus and with the same maintainers/uploaders.
We don't need to sort out the package split immediately or even for
bullseye, as it's made to be co-installable out of the box.
