The upstream maintainer has packaged cl-uffi, which I intend to upload
to Debian/unstable.
Purpose: provide a cross-lisp interpreter way to link in with shared
libraries. The method for doing this is tied to the lisp interpreter.
As such, this is rather like a libtool for common lisp. Supported
interpreters are cmucl, acl (allegro common lisp), and MCL (in
progress).
