I write us from Venezuela and I love Debian but the use of SystemD as only Init its at least unpleasant a I believe that Debian should support multiple boot systems such as Open RC, Runit, Sysvinit and other
Las but not least Debian community should consider to create Debian variants with SystemD, OpenRC or SysVinit for example and to stimulate the develop of others such as Epoch, Runit or Nosh
therefore my vote is for option E
