Words of wisdom, Greg.

I'm 79 and still use FVWM(1), c. '90s. Concerned about things like
memory footprint, speed, configuration capability, reliability,
24/7/365 stability, intuitive operation, etc.

My ~/.emacs is set up like the 'e' editor from PL1, c. '60s with line
block moves and indent, 8^).
