Please tell us:

1. What hardware you have -- e.g. make and model of computer, microphone,
and any other devices or cables you plan to use. Provide URL's.

2. What software you have -- cut and paste the following commands into a
terminal. Then cut and paste the prompts, the commands, and the output into
a reply:

     cat /etc/debian_version ; uname -a
   outut:
  (9.12
Linux debian 4.9.0-12-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.210-1 (2020-01-20) x86_64
GNU/Linux)

     dpkg-query --list | egrep -i 'xfce|sound|audio'

( user@debian:~$ dpkg-query --list | egrep -i 'xfce|sound|audio'
ii audacity 2.1.2-2
amd64 fast, cross-platform audio editor

<snip>

3. What you are trying to accomplish -- e.g. which A/D converter you want
to use (laptop microphone port?), number of channels (one?), sampling rate
(? kHz), quantization depth (? bits), file format (wav, mp3 kbps, ?), and
what the file will be used for (web site, casual listening, critical
listening, master a commercial project, ?).

(My needs: record voice which I hear from speaker jack into file, (format
and quality never mind), then the files re-record in player for listening
at any times.)

4. Anything else that is relevant, such as your knowledge/ skill level,
disabilities, budget, schedule.

There is no skill, disability is also absent, a budget is desirable without
spending, that is, as is. Bad English prevent quick answers.
Thank you.

I would try Audacity. Start by reviewing the manual and tutorials:
