I also sympathise with the customer service person, which is why I
urged you not to hand them links to things that are very likely to
be confusing and beyond their remit. None of this is useful
information for the first line, and any tier of support after that
should know their own system enough that it's redundant.

I did debate whether your history of arguing with people who attempt
to help you made it worth chipping in, and I see I made the wrong
choice. Apparently since I am not quite 50 years old so lack
your half century in customer service you would prefer that I shut
up; fair enough.

OK Richard, as usual you know best, have fun passing links to
debian-user to customer service people.
