According to apt-cdrom(8), '-d' means:
Mount point; specify the location to mount the CD-ROM. This mount point
must be listed in /etc/fstab and properly configured. Configuration
Item: Acquire::cdrom::mount.
Note /etc/fstab part.
Apparently you have entry for /media/cdrom in your fstab, but don't
have one for /media/apt1.
