If "os-prober" is de-installed, you should be able to run "update-grub2" as root to regenerate your boot list without the probed entries. If you wish to keep "os-prober" installed, but not use it, try removing the executable bit from /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober (a dpkg-statoverride entry will make that permanent).
