Yes indeed! Fresco is the replacement for interviews. The
development is sponsored by the X consortium. It breaks new
ground by providing distributed graphics using the CORBA
model.
I've compiled and run the Fresco96 release successfully on
my debian system. Once I find some time, I plan on
producing a debian package.
