problemas na configuração/execução do Oracle 9i no unistable

Não estou conseguindo rodar o Oracle 9i no meu computador. Tenho intalado
a versão Unistable, o gcc é o 2.95.4 e as libstdc++ estão assim
libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so, libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3,
libstdc++.so.5.0.7, libstdc++.so.6.0.2, libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2,
libstdc++.so.5 e libstdc++.so.6.

A instalação ocorreu sem nenhum erro. Mas quando tento executar o "netca"
aparece o seguinte erro:
