Das funktioniert, habe ich probiert. Allerdings läuft dann die MIDI 
Unterstützung nicht mehr. Wenn Du die brauchst, wie ich, dann habe ich 
mit so geholfen:

In /etc/modprobe.d eine Datei mit Namen: local.conf erstellt. (lesbar 
für alle)

Inhalt:
options snd-hda-intel index=1,0

Eventuell 1 und 0 vertauschen.
