Only the Breaks: texlive-base (<< 2020) needs an update to 2021 I guess.Sounds OK. I also updated the version relationships in all/debian/tpm2deb.cfg. of texlive-nonbin.
I did some further modifications (DH compat, remove obsolete patches). I guess we are ready for experimental. piuparts will report if there are apt upgrade issues. Updates to context and context-modules will be done later on. Hilmar -- Testmail
