That was simply an oversight. The code already contained
TEXMFTREES=...
FULLTEXMFTREES="$TEXMFTREES ..."
and I used the FULLTEXMFTREES for the fulllsr trigger (which rebuilds
also the temf-texlive tree (btw, it is a pain and we should think
about merging everything back into one tree)), but forgot to add
the TEXMFTREES to the normal trigger.
