This seems to be related to the ucf handling. This is happening
to me since a long time now:

# /usr/share/tetex-base/setup-ucf -extra
Can't call method "description" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/Question.pm line 76, <GEN0> line 1.

I would like to help on debugging this, if possible, though I
tried to go deeper on this problem and was no able.

The severity should be important, though, so I'll raise it.
