After downloading your "examples" and the missing Style-Files I can
compile that stuff fine. Only bibtex has a lot of problems of the
form "Warning--there's a number but no volume in oksanen96:_ruotsin",
so at the end I get "LaTeX Warning: There were undefined references."
Your example doesn't even use count1to.
I can only repeat: If you want us to proceed dealing with that bug,
please provide a minimal example, which shows up that bug.
