I'd like to see the patch, at least.

Especially I'd like to know;

- which is of higher priority, pdftex.cfg and papaersize? 

- I'm afraid that a set of choices of papersize and a set 
of effective values of pdftex.cfg might be not the same.
How to do if my guess is correct?
