Please read changelog.Debian.gz; listings package
seemed to be not DFSG-free and so we removed it from
tetex-extra but we couldn't change *.orig.tar.gz so
*.orig.tar.gz still contained it.

But it will be removed from the upstream teTeX.

You can get it from any CTAN site and put it in
/usr/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/listings
then it will work for you again.
