Bug#99959: texconfig

Since I re-installed my machine yesterday (Debian testing, kernell
2.4.5) there seems to be something wrong with the texconfig-script. I
found out that it is in the tetex-base package with "dpkg -L
tetex-base". The problem is that the dialog-ui won't start when
texconfig is called. Instead it spits out this mesg:

    # texconfig
    Usage: texconfig conf
           texconfig confall
           texconfig rehash
           texconfig formats
           texconfig hyphen FORMAT
           texconfig mode    [options]
           texconfig xdvi    [options] ...
           texconfig dvips   [options] ...
           texconfig font    [options] ...
           texconfig faq
           texconfig init

    Get help with:
           texconfig help
           texconfig hyphen
           texconfig mode
           texconfig xdvi
           texconfig dvips
           texconfig font

Using the command-line *does* work (e.g. "texconfig hyphen latex"), but
I think the UI should work as well. I tested if there was something
wrong with dialog, but that was not the case...
