Bug#46774: seminar does not work with semhelv and T1
The version of semhelv.sty (1.2 -- 1998/07/24) that ships with the
current Debian teTeX has the wrong font files specified for use
with the T1 encoding.
The newest version available on CTAN (1.4 -- 2000/05/08) fixes the
problem.
