It's one of two things:

a) You have a bad DIMM, try replacing it

b) (and this is the most likely case), you are experiencing the same
false positives that I was with U60's. Two machines showing the same
Correctable ECC Error's.

I'd go with "b", and just ignore it like I did for 4 years. Never seemed
to be hurting the machine.
