Hm, somehow VTK7 has disappeared fron the NEW queue [1], but I don't see it anywhere else either. Any idea what's going on?

It's not so severe as that. Lately the NEW queue has been processed
quickly, within 5 days.  By "lately" I mean in the past few years.
Right now there's a backlog from the freeze before stretch was
released.  It probably won't wait much more than 4 weeks.
