To resolve the autopkgtest failure reported in #1016414, the package
needs to be rebuilt.
That normally means it's papering over the real issue. Are you sure
libnetcdff shouldn't have bumped it's SONAME?
Based on the symbols changes I'd say no, only a few new symbols were
introduced.
But it's fortran of which I know little to nothing, so...
I don't want to diverge from upstream nor go through NEW for an issue I
don't understand, so feel free to close this issue and we'll wait for
autoremoval or a new upload.
