According to my notes, the packages that fail to build with 1.71 (and do not fail with 1.67) that still require bug filing are these: cupt dds ecflow facter flightgear gatb-core leatherman libkolabxml libpwiz meson mongodb ncbi-blast+ progressivemauve simgear svgpp thrift zypper (although the bug is in libzypp, I believe) This list was created some months ago, so things might have shifted a little bit by now. It should be more or less representative, though.
