Please unblock package lua-sql

lua-sql was kicked out of testing due to a FTBFS against mariadb-10.3
(#918387) which was fixed in mariadb-10.3 (#919373).
lua-sql has now been given back and the binNMUs have succeeded. No
(source) changes to lua-sql are required (which is still at the
version that is also in stretch).

I'm not personally interested in lua-sql (which is a leaf-package), I'm
just cleaning up after the mariadb-10.3 transition (and this should be
the only (remaining) package being kicked out solely by mariadb-10.3's
fault).

unblock lua-sql/2.3.4-1

Unblocked. For general readers, this is *not* a re-entry precedent but in
this case it hasn't been out for long, it's got a long history of this
version in multiple releases and it wasn't really this package's fault it
got removed. Similar requests might get the same sort of evaluation but
it's not guaranteed.

Thanks,
