I do not really master shlibs and stuff yet, so I would like to have
your confirmation the upload is correct:

BTW, I put the breakages on ceph-common, which is same-version depended
by most of other ceph packages. However others, like librados2, are not
covered. Also, package nheko too depends on libboost-regex1.67.0. Should
that be broken as well?

I am also fixing #912910[1] with the same upload, hope this is not
getting in the middle. I will try a local build now.
