When a pu request is marked with +moreinfo, you're supposed to be giving
feedback. Uploads should only happen after you're given a green light
(through a +confirmed).

I did request the target change, but not really the upload; I still
don't get why your changelog has a 3.0.0-5+deb8u1 entry which doesn't
seem to have made it to the archive.
