## Justification

Please unblock package youtube-dl. It is already uploaded to unstable.

Since youtube-dl is a program that depends on external sites and they are
constantly changing their structure (especially, but not restricted to,
youtube) and since the version in testing has grave/RC problems, I would
like to ask you to please, unblock youtube-dl/2017.02.07-1.

Among fixes upstream, it also includes a few extra changes to the packaging,
especially to the signing of upstream sources, so that I (or anybody else
doing backports etc.) can much more easily be confident in the acquisition
of upstream sources.

OK, this last part isn't strictly needed during a freeze, but it will make
life much, much easier for people updating the package, especially if I am
ill or slow to respond. (I was working on this part before the actual
freeze, to be honest).

## Bug numbers and severities

The following bugs are fixed with this new upload of mine:

* #846495 (normal)
* #850893 (normal)
* #851157 (wishlist)
* #853120 (normal)
* #854314 (grave)

## About the source debdiff

The debdiff is huge, with respect to the debian packaging part of this new
release, due to the new listing of sites in the debian/control file and due
to the new/fixed upstream keys.

Also, a lot of the hunks in the debdiff are due to upstream's inclusion of
tests in the regular plain python files (besides those files specifically
created for tests).

Also #2, support for some sites has been removed upstream (some are broken),
and they should be removed in Debian too.

The files not listed in the debdiff are automatically generated.

The debdiff is compressed and attached.
