Almost everything is rebuilt for the python-sqlalchemy transition:

https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/sqlalchemy.html

It looks like this weekend, buildbot will be the only thing holding back
getting this transition done, but it's FTBFS with no immediate hope of a
fix. The issue has been reported upstream and we are waiting for feedback:

http://trac.buildbot.net/ticket/3331#ticket

It would be nice to get this transition done.
