Dear Release Team,

Armadillo has an soname increase. Ben tells me that the following
packages needed to be checked:

dolfin
gdal
gnuplot-iostream

I have verified that the only requirement is a binNMU for all three of
these packages with the new armadillo. Please permit me to upload the
latest armadillo to unstable.
