Please unblock lxlauncher for lenny

Dear Release Managers,

Please unblock lxlauncher for lenny. I closes a segfault grave bug #498601
and #509758 for translations update. And a backport patch to make
different icons looks all in equal size.

The changelogs are:
lxlauncher (0.2-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Applied 02_lxlauncher-matchbox.dpatch (Closes: #498601)
    Thanks to Enrico Zini <enrico@debian.org> for the patch.
  * Applied 03_scale-icons.dpatch to make different icons looks all in
