I have read more on the ogg flac changes, and the differences are that the
old format (i.e. ogg flac files produced by 1.1.0) is:
  1) unsupported
  2) un-seekable

I was under the impression that the files would not be readable at all
(which would be RC IMHO). Apparently they are only severily crippled
(unseekable audio streams).

However, if this is not RC, then we are better off freezing FLAC at 1.1.0,
and shipping 1.1.1 only in sid.

Your call. We definately would have to change the soname, so it is a major
change indeed.

Other changes of note in 1.1.1:
  ID3 tags are *gone*
Speed increase of 2x on PPC hardware with Altivec support
Do not use the same serial number on the streams of a multi-stream ogg

I need to know your final position on this, since there is a pending
timidity upload, and I will disable _ogg_ FLAC output if we are to ship with
1.1.0. Pure FLAC output will be retained, since the file format of that did
not change much.
