Using the same short code example Kurt Hornik posted for CRAN to find
packages `apt-cache search` still knows, but that are no longer in the
repository, I looked at the BioConductor release and found these two:

  [1] "r-bioc-deseq" "r-bioc-mofa"

A search at the BioConductor site seems to confirm it.  So that would be two
candidates for removal (but if they still build one can also argue for
keeping them for our user's benefit).
