It looks like we do regenerate it during build.

For example, from the latest build log [1] (PKGBUILDDIR stripped):

  ./src/assistant/assistant/qdoc_wrapper.sh -outputdir ./doc/qtassistant -installdir /usr/share/qt5/doc \
      ./src/assistant/assistant/doc/qtassistant.qdocconf -prepare -indexdir /usr/share/qt5/doc -no-link-errors
  [...]
  ./src/assistant/assistant/qhelpgenerator_wrapper.sh ./doc/qtassistant/qtassistant.qhp -o ./doc/qtassistant.qch

And the qtassistant.qch file that we ship is different from one that is in
upstream tarball.

What else can we do here?
