After upgrading from Debian Stable(Wheezy) to Debian Testing(Jessie)*,
plasma-desktop wouldn't work. To get plasma-desktop working, I had to run `sudo
dpkg-reconfigure x11-common` and configure it for 'Anybody' instead of 'Console
Users Only'.

*via /etc/apt/sources.list changing Stable/Wheezy to Jessie, `sudo apt-get
update`, `sudo apt-get --download-only dist-upgrade`, `sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade`, ...
