For example, the link for the package "dnscrypt-proxy" is https://lintian.debian.org/reports/maintainer/eric%40debian.org.html#dnscrypt-proxy, which returns a 404. It looks like there are now links for source packages like https://lintian.debian.org/sources/dnscrypt-proxy.html that should be easy to use instead.
