Ok, so as noted on the udd contact page i hereby contact debian-qa:

I would like to get access to udd from the server duck.debian.net.
Please make this possible by opening the approriate ports. I need the
table public.carnivore_emails.

I guess this is easier than creating a custom script somewhere.
