Bug#1009910: libnss-gw-name: Outdated VCS information, maybe move to salsa.d.o?

Dear Debian QA group, maintainers of libnss-gw-name,

the current VCS information stored in the `debian/control` is outdated 
(see https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libnss-gw-name). The host 
git.nomeata.de is no longer available.

The upstream author has a Git mirror (that includes a `debian/` 
directory) at

https://github.com/nomeata/libnss-gw-name

Could you please mirror that Git repo on salsa.debian.org and update the 
VCS fields in the `debian/control`?

(Alternatively the package could be dropped altogether. The author of 
libnss-gw-name does not plan on maintaining the upstream project.)
