Hi, when fixing #327004 (submitted by Jonas Meurer) you went a bit too
far.  Jonas wrote:

This was not completely correct, as you can see here:

$ translate example
No matches. Teach me or press Return.
example :: Beispiel
/usr/bin/translate: line 212: /home/frank/.translate/de-en: No such file or directory
$

So it should probably create the directory when it first tries to write
to the private dictionary (and it does not yet exist).
