I don't think this package is usable in Debian/testing.  In the default 
configuration there will be no cgroup1 filesystem mounted and it will abort.  
Forcing the system to not use cgroup2 will have other consequences which at 
least needs documentation.

This is an orphan package that doesn't support the normal use case.  I think 
it's unsuitable for release in Bullseye if this bug isn't fixed.
