Severity: normal

Reportbug-NG requests to enter a ‘Summary’ for a new bug that will be used as a subject for e-mail message. The problem is that it somehow corrupts multibyte (UTF-8) characters, so that MUA receives question marks. E. g.:

“:help latex-suite” does not displays any help

would become:

?:help latex-suite? does not displays any help

I’ve tried it with Icedove and KMail, result is the same.
