Get "dpkg" build (dselect is not needed) - Install perl, make,
binutils, gcc and a couple of other "dpkg-xxx" files and start
building packages (You need a lot local hacks in the beginning)

Richard Higson (higson@opa.gt.owl.de) and /me are going to have
a public available 390 machine (R390 P390 ???) (These ISA Cards
with OS/2 as Host operating system ...)
