Debian GIT repo of cups-bjnp updated

Hi,

I have updated the Debian GIT repo for the cups-bjnp package to the 
current upstream release, version 2.0. It is ready for upload to Debian. 
I appreciate if you could do this upload in the next days so that it 
syncs into Ubuntu before Feb 18, Feature Freeze for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 
(Xenial).
