Hi there, Same here: we have a bunch of wheezy cups clients (cupsd running) and a wheezy cups server with a AllowUser on one printer (of 20 printers). Each time an unauthorized user tries to print (via any interface it seems), the clients end with a loop-ing 'ipp' process and the server's log fills quickly, server's CPU touch 100% (kvm, 2 VCPUs). Any idea to workaround this ? (can't update to jessie for testing, this is production server and jessie's version seems lacking CUPS browse ability) -- *geoffroy desvernay* C.R.I - Administration systèmes et réseaux Ecole Centrale de Marseille
