Filing this as a memo to myself and the team:

While reviewing the remaining delta between the Debian and Ubuntu packages with 
Martin Pitt, I noticed one item that could easily be implemented and offer
functionality already requested by the maintainer of 'insserv':

LSB headers in our init.d script.

This is a minor item, but it's easily implemented and would already take one 
chunk of delta out between Debian and Ubuntu.
