Bug#344351: Include libgs.so in Debian

I have packaged GPL Ghostscript 8.60 (SVN snapshot of ESP/GPL 
Ghostscript merger) for Ubuntu now with separated libgs and also 
libgs-dev package.

I have informed Masayuki Hatta, Ghostscript maintainer of Debian, about 
it and agreed with him on "ghostscript" as package name. The Ubuntu 
source and binary packages are now available at:

http://www.linux-foundation.org/~till/tmp/ubuntu/gutsy/ghostscript/

I suggest these also for Debian to get once the libgs and second the 
merger of (the now discontinued) ESP Ghostscript.
