Dear Debian Developers' Reference Team
Could you fix the dead links on developer's reference manual pages. We notice when we held a local packaging seminar.
The link to other languages are dead. The URLs contain unrequired string at <LANGUAGE> shown in following example.
i.e
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/index.fr.<LANGUAGE>.html
This is not only the English page problem. At least, I found the same problem on Japanese, French and German translated pages as well. Probably the Russian has identical problem too.
For example, on English manual page.
