Why do you need either? What real problem are you trying to solve? multiarch-support is needed to ensure users's systems don't render themselves completely unusable in the middle of an upgrade. multiarch-dev-support would be a lot of work to solve something that is merely an inconvenience - a compile-time error that requires the user to upgrade to the current gcc on i386 to fix. -- Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
