Bugfixing

Hi,

I have committed several patches from the BTS to our SVN repository,
mostly as dpatches. The following packages/bugs were affected:

libterm-readline-gnu-perl
#236018: Debugger gets SIGSEGV in Term::Readline::Gnu after "|" command

libnet-irc-perl
#303400: libnet-irc-perl: Can't locate object method "handler" via package "Net::IRC::DCC::CHAT"

libdbd-sqlite2-perl
#317453: libdbd-sqlite2-perl seg faults Perl interpreter

libapache-configfile-perl
#329154: errors parsing /etc/apache/modules.conf

libunicode-map-perl
#320406: Unicode::MapUTF8 does not handle one byte BIG5 characters properly

Please have a look at the patches and consider uploading the updated packages.
All of the patches have been sent upstream earlier with no reply so far.
