Thanks. That should be sufficient to point someone encountering the
error into the right direction, and not blame libreoffice-dev ;-)

devscripts also does not depend on half the archive to satisfy the needs
of this plethora of scripts, but the few scripts you are interested in
will tell you what they are missing.
